Established in 2000 as a boutique firm specializing in corporate and private immigration, ILA has expanded its expertise in European Union law, mainly labour and employment law and social security coordination.
While pursuing in-depth advice on immigration matters, to date, ILA is one of the practice leaders in the area of intra-EU labour mobility (posting of workers in the framework of the provision of services). We are focusing our advice on the variable geometry of the concept of “employment relationship” as well (triangular employment relationships).
In general, we provide in-depth advice on rights and obligations triggered by the cross-border element of a given legal situation.
